I am so thrilled to have been invited to support the Women’s Foundation for the State of Arizona as their Interim CEO. I have had the pleasure to work with the Women’s Foundation over the years in various capacities and have come to know their work and team deeply. For these reasons, I have gladly accepted to support the Women’s Foundation as an Interim.
As a woman of color who is also raising a daughter, the mission of WFSA is highly personal to me. Gender equity is crucial to creating an Arizona where women and girls of all identities thrive. With such a tremendous charge, I am exceedingly confident that the Women’s Foundation team has and will continue to advance that charge!
WFSA’s team is the primary motivation for accepting to serve as Interim. I wholeheartedly trust the team’s leadership, and it is such a privilege to work alongside them. I am grateful to the Women’s Foundation for the State of Arizona’s Board of Trustees for trusting in me and allowing me this opportunity while they search for the new CEO!
